The annual report, presented by the Commissioners to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress on December 1st, 2020, included a 40-page Executive Summary designed and laid out by A+S, working in tandem with the Commission’s talented staff led my Mr. Christopher P. Fioravante, Director of Operations and Administration.

According to the Commission’s website, the 2020 report covered a broad range of critical topics pertaining to the U.S.-China relationship: “Topics this year include China’s view of strategic competition with the United States; China’s promotion of alternative global norms and standards; China’s strategic aims in Africa; vulnerabilities in China’s financial system and risks for the United States; U.S.-China links in healthcare and biotechnology; China’s growing power projection and expeditionary capabilities; Taiwan; Hong Kong; and a review of economics, trade, security, political, and foreign affairs developments in 2020.”
